- Separate sleeping area or our "loft" has four twin beds (two are extra long twins or king size bed set-up)

- Fish cleaning facilities
- Chest freezer available
- Private deck with grill (nothing like fresh salmon or halibut from the grill!)
- Within three miles of two fresh water streams, clamming, and fishing charters
- All cookware, utensils, plates, etc., spices, sugar & flour are provided. Just bring your own food and beverages.
- A General Store is located approximately three miles away but major food chain stores can be found in Soldotna or Homer, about a forty-five minute drive either way.
- Bed linens are changed every seventh day.
- Telephone service is not provided but is located near by.
- Laundry facilities are located within three miles.
- Note: If you do not plan to wash your own dishes, a $25 charge will be added at check-out.
